Former U.S. President Bill Clinton may come, too, Tancevova said.
The U.S. presidential delegation will probably consist of four persons, including U.S. ambassador to the Czech Republic Norman Eisen.
The delegation will arrive aboard a special plane between 10:00 and 11:00 on Friday and will stay until roughly 15:00 in Prague, according to the unofficial information available to CTK.
The Czech-born Albright was a friend of Havel. At the time Havel was Czech president, she held the post of U.S. secretary of state. During their tenure, the Czech Republic joined NATO in 1999.
About 50 delegations from across the world will attend Havel's Friday funeral in Prague, Foreign Ministry spokesman Vit Kolar has told CTK.
In all, Havel's office has sent 316 invitations to the funeral to the friends of his and of his family. The funeral will be attended by a number of political representatives from inside and outside the country, but also artists such as U.S. singer Suzanne Vega.
The number of high-profile guests include the presidents of Austria, Estonia, France, Germany, Georgia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia and Slovenia as well as the President of the European Commission Jose Manuel Barroso, European Parliament President Jerzy Buzek and former Polish president Lech Walesa.
Russia will be represented by ombudsman Vladimir Lukin and Slovakia also by Prime Minister Iveta Radicova.
The funeral will start with a moment of silence, followed by a requiem mass celebrated by Prague Archbishop Dominik Duka as well as Czech and Slovak bishops.
