Like on Wednesday, the opening hours have been extended until 23:00.
Havel, a former dissident and a playwright, was last Czechoslovak president from the fall of the previous regime in end-1989 until mid-1992 and first Czech president in 1993-2003.
Today is the last day that people can pay tribute to Havel at his coffin before the official funeral in St Vitus Catherdal at Prague Castle on Friday.
The funeral will be followed later in the afternoon on Friday with a family ceremony in the Prague-Strasnice crematorium.
Thousands of people paid their last respects to Havel already on Monday and Tuesday when his coffin was laid in state in the Prague Crossroads centre in the former St Ann Church.
People were also signing the books of condolence in the Rothmayer Hall of Prague Castle today.
Candles are lit up in the 1st courtyard of Prague Castle as well as at other places across the country.
People are bring flowers and leaving messages.
"Thank you for life in freedom for us as well as our children," says one them.
